Coordinate with internal teams and external job workers for timely production and delivery. Maintain Quality Control by conducting quality checks at every stage to maintain product standards. Monitor inventory levels of yarn, elastics, labels, packaging, and other raw materials. Raise timely reorder requirements to ensure no production halts due to shortages. Monitor wastage and implement control measures to reduce production loss. Maintain daily production reports and align actual output vs. planned output.
